Rosehill Farms contains over three-hundred fruit and nut trees. Besides the classical orchard fruits such as apples, cherries, and peaches, we care for more exotic species including pomegranate, fig, olive, and persimmon trees. The farm is also home to a sizable plantation of host trees inseminated with the truffle mushroom.
Our orchards are managed organically with minimum organic spraying and an emphasis on soil-building and proper spacing to allow standard size trees to flourish. Sheep and geese roam freely and maintain orchard paths and tree circles.
